International Think Thank in Thessaloniki
The past 12 and 13th of March 2026 marked the second solidarity4all international event. All the partners and representatives from several local authorities, CSOs and underrepresented groups gathered in the Aristotles University of Thessaloniki for 2 days of intensive exchange and mutual learning.
The event started with the sharing of experiences from participants from all national think tanks folowed by group work to analyse and work on policy proposals at the EU level, and ended with a commom understanding of the main points to address in policy for better participation and solidarity targeting communities that are historically marginalized.

During he months of December to March all the 5 countries engaged national stakeholder in fruitfull discussions to gather proposals. These proposals varied between access to affordbale housing for people with a migrant background and youth, education for democracy and participation in schols and the community, integeracional solidarity policies, accessible and better transports, community shared and co-managed spaces, inclusive cultural activities, legal support, youth councils with real influence, inclusive digital participation and real meaningful representation.

All the proposals will now be compiled into a policy brief and presented to national and international decision makers.
